Great Central Railway September Diesel Gala 2021 and is their first major gala event since the relaxation of restrictions. Featuring the visiting engine, the class 55 55019 Royal Highland Fusilier from the Deltic Preservation Society along with engines from the Great Central Railway’s home fleet
Filmed at the stations of Leicester North and Rothley with onboard shots between the stations
Engines featured in this video in order of appearance, The class 20 D8098 in BR Green with full yellow ends, Class 37 37714 Cardiff Canton, Class 25 D5185, Class 45 D123 Leicestershire and Derbyshire Yeomanry and class 55 55019 Royal Highland Fusilier.
The other engines that were also running but not filmed were the class 50 and the class 101 DMU

Famous Trains Model Railway is located in Markeaton Park in Derby and is open Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from 11am to 4pm
